i got that thanks, i was just kidding too. we
are just so friendly here in Michigan that we
like to help out other states in need of
assistance. We didnt want to monopolize the
cherry industry, so any time you guys need
some help just let us know.
Actually, my mom grew up here in Santa Clara
Valley when it was known as the Fruit Basket
of the World. The summer job for every
teenager, including her, somehow involved
fruit harvesting or packing. Now all those
orchards are gone -- paved over for the
electronics industry. She gets really upset
at the "new" title of Silicon
Valley.
bummer, i'm sorry. The same kinda thing is
happening here, just not to the same extent.
All the orchards are being sold and turned
into condos. It's really sad, but at least we
still do have alot of the orchards.

Hello. We have put a small version of this photo on Michigan Cherrries on Absolute Michigan.
I hope that squares with your intent by licensing it under the Creative Commons!

Hmmm. Advertising California cherries on a Michigan web site. I'll have to think about that one. I guess it's ok if nobody tells the tourist board ;-)

you could take the california tag off and no one would ever have to know

Me? A sixth generation native Californian take off a California tag?!?!?
You do realize I'm being facetious and have no problem with you using it I hope.
