Hemlock Ring Blanket, finished (1)

I don't like it at all. It's been a terrible failure. I guess it was a series of mistakes I made: choosing too small needles, using a yarn with 48% acrylic content and continue on knitting although my good knitting sense was warning me it didn't look right. It wouldn't block. The blanket won't lay flat. It's a shame, because it is so beautiful... But I won't surrender. I will try it again with another yarn and bigger needles. Promised.
