A few months ago (Oct 22, to be exact!) I tried my first ever tofu
scramble and my reaction went something like this:
"Dear Tofu Scramble,
I'm verge weeping at the realization that I spent the last 365+ breakfasts without you. Please forgive me."
(I'm SO dramatic.) I have it all the time now and my favorite (I think) is to put it over salad! It's positively delicious.
