This photograph of the Ludington lighhouse was taken about 10 am on a late October morning. I am facing westward; so the sun, of course, is behind me reflecting on the clouds. It is an extremely windy day, evidenced by the whitecaps in the harbor and the waves cresting over the breakwall.

Honestly, I got lucky with that one. There was so much sand blowing, I thought I was going to sandblast my lens. I just looked through that group of "most interesting" photos...there really are some exceptional photos in the weekly group.
