Out shopping at Ocean Terminal with my wife and managed to pop along the road here for a couple of shots before heading home. This is the lighthouse at Newhaven harbour. Long exposure shot using the Lee 0.9 neutral density graduated filter and the Lee Big Stopper.

Hope you managed to pop along for the shots while she was still shopping. Not good for a mans disposition to 'chum them' shopping. I have often thought about doing a shot of this lighthouse as it is easily accessable but have never got around to it.

Thanks to everyone for the comments. In response to the comments from Clanchief and dmphotouk, the reason I went out at the weekend was to get some new shots for the upcoming photography club competitions. I got lucky with the cloud movement as they were going in the direction I wanted but I'm not totally convinced this is the one for the black and white competition.
