It's this monitor arm that I salvaged from work, I have no idea where my boss got it but it weighs like 15lbs, and I think it can hold a 17" monitor. It's pretty cool because if I'm walking around whiteboarding, I can do any Googling from the lappy without having to sit down.
It's an ergonomic thing. I find it much easier to move faster if the trackball is right beside the keyboard without the number pad being there. It has since been replaced by the Apple version.

Powerbook G4 12" 1.5 Ghz... form-factor-wise, best laptop I ever had.
