Cthulhu License Plate

I saw this plate on a Jeep in March of this year. Once I stopped laughing, I thought enough to snap a picture. I love the little "red" handprints on the left.

Cthulhu Basically, think lots of huge, evil, hungry "elder ones" coming back to take the world back over. Lots of craziness. The "Kids First" part gives me the chuckles. Maybe just my (and others') sense of humor. ;)

I'm glad you enjoyed my license plate. I got it especially for the few people on earth who can truly appreciate it before they are devoured. You can see another picture of it at my lj site: areinet.livejournal.com. As a bit of trivia, I originally put this on an "Animal Friendly" style license plate. My girlfriend doesn't quite get it, but I explain it this way... not only does this license plate say that I'm proud to be a dork, but that I'm actually the dork king.

Thanks for everyone's great comments above. It made my week to see that some people not only get it, but actually really understand it. I only wish I had some sway when R'lyeh rises.

You can actually get your own version of this plate, complete with "CTHLHU" from the Virginia DMV souvenir plate program for $20. Just select the Family/Children Fund-Kids 1st plate and enter it in. You can't stick it on your car, they have sample stickers in place of the month and year sticker, but it is otherwise identical to the plates on the road.
