vegetarian in kyoto_

walking the painfully cold dark restaurant alleyways of old kyoto, desperately hungry after a long day of hiking into the temple set hills, we find that vegetarian means food that contains vegetables, not food no meat.

using limited broken japanese, we muddle our way to a warm bowl of soba noodles and japanese dumplings.

i am in love with kyoto.

she falls asleep in my long hairy arms, my thin flat chest, in her beautiful room in the clouds.

i feel her twitch, her breathing slows, she's gone, away from me, for 8 hours.

i lay next to her, motionless, enchanted by the darkness. the house vibrates with sounds from downstairs.

i pretend not to notice, but my mind won't stop. creating worlds that will eventually take me away too. eventually.

ST5K - Adelaide Street Art Exhibition

we're not sure about you, but we love our street art. we've travelled the world seeking it out down the sketchy alleys of Amsterdam to the cobbled back streets of Barcelona.

but regardless of how many times we travel, there's something a little bit special about returning to our home grown street art here in Adelaide. its creative, fresh and more than holds its own on the international stage.

so come and join us as we pull together some of the biggest names in Adelaide street art to display a taste of their talent on canvas, wood and skateboards.

artists include: Store, Commander Ankle, Joshua Smith, Benzo, Joel VDK, Nickas, Mr Tomek, Matt Stuckey, Dan Withey, Lisa King, Sam Evans, Cloudsparrow, Snookie, Chris Tamm, Bunkwaa & a few special guests.

When: Friday 6th (tomorrow!) @ 7pm
