thank you :-). the pattern is from an Icelandic book called "Þríhyrnur og langsjöl" (three-cornered and long shawls). I think you can buy it with an English translation from Schoolhouse press: www.schoolhousepress.com/lace.htm (scroll down). It's a really nice book if you're into lace.
