the yoke that was

I've been working on this lopi sweater since last weekend. Despite having regularly taken it off the needles to try on, the yoke ended up a bit too much on the tight side. For a few hours I convinced myself I could live with it, but eventually I came to terms with the truth. It has to be ripped and reknit. Yay. Or not.

It's weird though, I've noticed that when I have taken the decision to rip, I stop having any feelings about it. It just has to be done. I guess that's good?
