EY's mom is really skilled in her repertoire or traditional Chinese foods, particularly in small eats and Chinese desserts. Before I parted from Calgary (each time I get something different to munch on :) ) she packed up a box of a dozen homemade sago tarts. Half of them contained red bean paste and the other green bean paste. Yummy.
