Ash Camembert (BC) with Date Bread

Although served a little cooler than optimal (slightly firm; it didn't come to the creamy soft consistency until much later when it had warmed up to temperature, but never got runny), it still possessed lovely fruity aromas, and worked very well with the date bread pairing (which was a fave at our table). This version was quite mild/lovely, very much unlike the intense versions I've encountered before, leading me to believe, yet again, that we were served another young cheese.
