Steamed BBQ Pork Bun with Oyster & Abalone Sauces![]() Last time I tried the rather dense and tough skinned and solid but moist filling of the steamed oatmeal bun with chicken (been there, done that, won't do again) and found the BBQ pork bun superior. This time, hot from the steamer, the bun was even better, glistening with flavourful sauce and dotted with finely chopped pieces of BBQ pork littered with bits of well seasoned fat. YUM!
