Steamed mini crab dumpling

Stuffed with fresh crabmeat, shrimp mousse & vegetable sprout

I'd been admiring this creation from some images I'd seen, and had to order it myself. Very simple ingredients = pure simple flavours. Nothing mushed, straight steamed chunk of slightly sweet fresh crabmeat surrounded by chewy dumpling (like tapioca) skin. I loved the little speckles on the crab "shell" and the little pincers. So cute!
