I live in a farming area and every day I see farmers up at the crack of dawn ready to begin another long, hard day in the field. Often, their equipment is old, breaks down often, and runs at less than full capacity. Yet, the farmer still shines up his old red tractor and begins new each day, toiling by the sweat of his brow. Why do farmers do it? Why work so hard? Because there is no better feeling at the end of the day when the tractor is at rest than to look out over the fields and know that your work has made a difference. It is then and only then you can say, "It is well.....it is well with my soul!"
NOTE: Thanks so very much for your many kind comments, visits, and invites. Why not come on out and I'll show you the real me? I'll give y'all a tractor ride like you've never had before! :-)
