Stuffed pork roast with bacon wrap, stuffing in place by shyzaboy.
Stuffing! Three ends from regular (sliced) white bread, made crispy in the oven and turned into crumbs; the winey cherries; a handful of garlic (about 8 cloves), chopped; some sea salt and freshly ground pepper. And some garlic powder and paprika for good measure....
