Stuffed pork roast with bacon wrap, ohhh bacon!! I stretched each piece of bacon (since the diameter of the stuffed pork loin is bigger than the bacon is long) and slightly overlapped each piece on the previous piece. I then sprinkled the chopped sage evenly over my bacon blanket.
