Stuffed pork roast - browning
I like to put some paprika (along with salt, pepper, garlic powder) to give a nice color when I "sear" in the moisture.
I didn't think about taking a picture until this stage (when I grabbed the camera for a different purpose). The pork loin is stuffed with garlic, apple, sun-dried tomatoes, and chevre (goat) cheese.
