Cabbages & Condoms
While looking for a restaurant to have dinner at we passed on this one. I can't imagine what they were thinking but I chalk it up to "strange Japanese English."
I am told that the original is in Thailand and the person who started this restaurant is an amazing person who has done a lot for Thailand especially to promote family planning and STD prevention. blogs.wsj.com/health/2008/04/11/cabbages-condoms-and-hiv-...
