My mother-in-law got us a housewarming gift-certificate to Red Envelope (yippee!) - and this is what we got to hang in my new office. It's the first time that I've ever had my work framed and hanging in the house. Kind of exciting, but man it was hard chosing! (larger)

I wish I had thought of getting one of those when I set up my space at the studio - it was so hard to get the frames all laid out right and hung separately within a 5 foot space - this looks like it would have saved us from hanging them one slow frame at a time!

Your work never ceases to amaze me. It is always so wonderful to see it in print! Will you be meeting with clients at your house to take advantage of your new office?

And that's exactly why I opted for this. Using a level once is tough enough. And I'm so anal I'd be turning frames straight every 2 seconds... This is much easier on my OCD.

That display looks great! I wish I could find something like this to replace my display (that I hung with a toddler girl underfoot... and probably wouldn't have gotten straight if I'd been all by myself anyway! )

fyi: in french, "arc" is a bow, but as in "bow and arrow", or just to mean "something that bends". In your business name, you mean bow, as in a knot, I assume. Then it is "noeud". --> des boutons et des noeuds :)
(sorry, I just had to write that, it's the language teacher in me :P)

I have a few canvases hanging up in my formal living room, but it's the playroom...which means it's the messiest room in the house. :D I kept thinking I would turn it into a showroom of sorts so I could potentially bring clients over here for consultations. Um, yeah...what you said. :D
