Day 41: Eggs cooked in avocado slices atop a pile of baked potatoes, sweet potatoes and beets, with a side of wheat toast.
The potatoes and beets are delicious, but sadly the avocado egg thing tastes a little weird to me. Needs more work.

Day 32: It feels good to be making a difference in someone's life. It also feels disturbingly like being an adult.
Day 30: Just in case my mom was still concerned her ears were going to stand up.
This is as close as she would get to the medal. TERRIFYING.
Fortunately rubber chicken and lambydoodle were ready to step in, if the medal went for her throat.
