I read somewhere that the lights on the tower are copyrighted, so its illegal to photograph during night time without permission—crazy world, non?

I don't mind the branch of the tree...but a little bit more distance between the leaves and the tower would improve the composition

Good shot over all, again I agree with Martydx, the branch detracts from an otherwise nice shot. The tower is almost as over photograhped as cats, babies and
sunsets at the beach.

Nice color. The tree makes a good framing element, but its intersection with the tower ruins that for me somewhat - making it a tad distracting.
