20,000 Leagues Under the Sea

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea by Shitao (away).
Sub Mare

It is, and is not, I am sane enough,
Since you have come this place has hovered round me,
This fabrication built of autumn roses,
Then there's a goldish colour, different.

And one gropes in these things as delicate
Algæ reach up and out, beneath
Pale slow green surgings of the underwave,
'Mid these things older than the names they have,
These things that are familiears of the god.

Ezra Pound

It was feeling vary spare and pure this morning, the captain meeting his dark brooding nemesis but right now the figure on the left looks like Bullwinkle.....so much for the monolithic truth of an Ahab staring down his dark side....fuckin Bullwinkle!

Bullwinkle in purple capris and his clam digger is fully visible to one and all. You're right; his very dark side..
