Just one questio. On Amazon.co.uk I've noticed that there are two volumes of "Non-Adhesive Binding Books Without Paste or Glue" .
I'm quite sure this diagram comes from the volume I. But, just in case I'd like to double check before I purchase it.

yes, it comes from volume 1. but this tutorial is pretty simple, and you can find basic instructions for 4 or 5 hole bindings on the web. If you really want to get serious about bindings, then you might want to look at his books.
