Wow, I like the building just standing there, so dark and so out of place, it looks very cool. I would be temped to cut out the bottom part (for the guy there, the green trees) which would improve the image considerable. Waiting for nicer weather may do something as well, however the grey clouds do add to the gothic nature (the mood is really set by the black building). You definitely need to cut out the bottom, unless you think it adds to the picture, otherwise it is distracting, especially with the note there tell you not to notice it.
