Congrats? What is the achievement? Several Latin american states (mostly Chavezuela) invest in sth. that serves its ends. The Venezuelan state also owns VTV a local station. Ever watch it? Well I tried in order to get an alternative view on current local events, but unfortunately it is a pure progranda channel and very one-sided. Why will Telesur be any different? Alternative information source? Sure, but objective and informative? We'll see, but I have my doubts....
