Marketing condoms to teenagers

What -- no SIMPSONS condoms in this row ?

Buy this Simpson stuff or else ...
... you will get pregnant !!

Makes me wonder :
They don't offer "Duff Beer" because the film is PG13 but they advertise condoms ?
Even europeans aren't THAT liberal to market condoms to teenagers 13+ yrs.!!

its better than not marketing condoms to teenagers at all, no? I freaking hate abstinence only education... and also teenaged guys like to just have condoms in their wallet.. cuz they can be like "heh look what i have in my wallet.. heh" "heh"

and wit.. how is that directly to teenagers... my freinds dad is HUGE simpsons fan.. they are not just for teens..

I totally agree -- that doesn't work anyway so better teach them responsibility. Among others, using (and teaching the use of) condoms is very responsible. As a contraception and equally important to prevent spreading / receiving any STD.

As for this advertising -- this 7-Eleven store made this an unintentional pun -- on the other side of that sign, there was the actual SIMPSON's stuff.

And the thing is...at that store its actually the other side of that shelf that is entirely Simpsons merchandise, but the sign that the marketing firm sent over was double sided. The other side of that shelf was the medicine aisle, which also had condoms. Just a coincidence it was under that sign!!!
