Great shot....my brother and I forgot about it as well and had dropped by the Apple store last Friday to get some stuff for my wifi situation at home.....when we saw the mobs with that kinda entranced look on their faces, we remembered.....they were flying off the shelves....and I have to admit...the design is beautiful.

i'm not sold... every time i buy the first anything from apple... it has major flaws... better to get the 2nd rev... examples... 1st imac (flyback transformers), G5 imac (swelling caps), 1st gen ipods (battery life), 1st nano (scratches easily)... etc...

edit: i only bought one of those items 1st gen... the nano... the rest are examples...

the display for the iphone at macworld expo was a circular glass case with the iphone spinning around so people hover around this thing and as you take photos, people are photographing you. pretty good idea, i think. there were only 2 of these cases at macworld which happened six months before the iphone actually became available.
