E-Ship 1 arrives in Dublin Port at 07:50 on 21 August 2010. Owned and operated by the wind turbine manufacturer Enercon, this 130 metre long ship is currently the only ship in the World with four 27 metre tall 'rotorsails' which are connected to the propellors leading to a 40% saving on fuel. The Dublin Port Company tugboat 'Beaufort' and Irish Ferries superferry 'Ulysses' can be seen in the background.
