This week's attempt at my self portrait didn't go terribly smoothly as the auto focus on my camera died after only a few shots. As I wasn't feeling terribly patient today I didn't want to mess around with trying to set up a manual focus, so have just gone with the best of the few I did get to take.

With Australia Day this week I couldn't pass up another opportunity to dress Justice up.. not that I really need an excuse.. lol. I took him to the beach last night for some exercise and relief from the heat and before we left, wrapped him up in an Australian flag for this shot of my happy boy. It's a pity about the harsh shadow on his face but he was just so excited by all of the activity on the beach that it was impossible to get him sitting in the right direction for more than a second, as someone would throw a frisbee or run past or a dog would be coming and he'd whip around to watch something new every 5 seconds. :laugh: At least I managed to get him smiling and love that the wind came up just at the right moment and flicked his ear up. :)

After being told by several people that it's only fair if I also wear the silly costumes I put Justice in I decided to do my self portrait this week in the same glasses. They were all shockingly bad so in the end I decided to go with this one as at least Justice photo bombing the picture is pretty funny.
