The white chocolate was just two bags of premium white chocolate chips and the peppermint was cheap too. Once the holiday season comes around, you can use all those candy canes you get. Peppermint extract is a little pricier, but it'll last a long time.

This is hazelnut toffee brittle. I don't like it very much.

One batch of the white chocolate peppermint bark took an hour to prepare and filled 10 pint sized jars. So now that the test run is over, I can give these all away and be ready to try it again come Christmastime.
