Re: this photo... it's a good thing I was completely stopped up at f/22 because I think I may have been focused on the steel poll in the foreground.

Of course he used three filters at once... so his exposure time could be much greater... also dropping your ISO to as low as possible helps as well.. most cameras stop at 100 ISO, but a few will allow you to go to 80 ISO...
