Wine Making setup
Making an apple mead. Trying primary fermentation in the glass carboy to prevent any contamination. The smaller bottle is my yeast energizing.
Ingredients:
2.4 Gallons Cider
4.75 Pounds honey
3/5 handfuls of raisins
Champagne Yeast ( Lalvin EC-1118)
1/8 tsp Potassium Metabisulphite
Yeast Nutrients
Juice from 2/3 Lime
