Our house in California

Here's the front of our house in San Ramon. I prefer this view because it hides the fact that this is a "zero lot" house which essentially shares an entire side with another house.

According to Zillow, the house has gone down in value a bit (was $700,000, but is now listing around $676,000). The house has a "Value Range" of $615,594-$750,889!! If only we had the half a million dollars to buy it back when we lived there...
