I really like this shot from the recent Seattle XO meetup.
I think that it really shows how great meetings like this can be. The guy in this photo is explaining some of the software features, and the project goals to the woman above. I believe this was his second meeting and this her first. There were lots of other projects going on around them in the two other rooms, but these two had found their own little thing to do.
When I met the women I thought that she had a really neat interested vibe about her, and the guy was enthusiastic about his XO. The lighting in the room, (and the bad white balance in my photo) kinda show off the emotion of this particular room.
