      Not to be a stickler, but did the owner give you permission to release this excellent photo with a Creative Commons License? I ask because the original is copyrighted, with all rights reserved.

      But why do you share it under Creative Commons if it originally is an all rights reserved image?
      The original author may have authorised YOU to use it on your site but not to share it and with a misleading creative commons status allow others to use it as they want.
