The Fiescher Gabelhorn (3876m), Chamm (3866m), and the Gross Wannenhorn (3906m) from somewhere between the Mönchhochhütte and the Jungfraujoch.
They say midday sun is bad for photos. And yes, this view is much better at sunrise. But, the harsh lighting really brings out the detail in the rock that diffuse light cannot.

Camping on Mount Graham last summer. Although it is January, the temperature is around 75 degrees F and sunny. Nice, cooler days sounds great.
This is a five exposure HDR image. The dynamic range between the log and the sky was huge.
