I finally put my Last Judgment pictures up (this picture is not the best, meh) right beside my study space. They have been sitting on my floor for AGES. Lazy. :/
The picture on the left is the Egyptian Final Judgment. It was painted on Papyrus paper and it took about a week to make this one. I bought it in Cairo in July of 2010.
The picture on the right is The Last Judgment by Michelangelo. Originally, I had bought a poster right when I exited the Sistine Chapel. I carried it all around Italy with me, being careful not to lose it. We then left Rome to Athens and it was in the Athens airport where I lost it/someone stole it. When we got home from our trip my mom knew how important it was to me and she bought me a new one without telling me and then framed it at Costco. Seriously. :)
Beside these and to the right is my picture of Ab (which is hardly showing in this picture). I am not American but I do have a soft spot for Lincoln.
These all sit around my desk where I spend a good 70% of my time studying...which I should get back too.
