MY FINAL FAREWELL TEARS

MY FINAL FAREWELL TEARS

When the fairy tale that I once knew is gone
Deep in my heart I know it's time to move on
It's so hard to lose my flickr's friend like you
Tried to be strong but keeps losing sight of you
Finally I have to say goodbye on my last journey ends
That my final destination has reach in Bangkok, Thailand

A STAR WAS BORN

A STAR WAS BORN

Two months old baby girl sleeping peacetully on the boat at the Tonie Sap river in Cambodia.
The remarkable Tonle Sap is a river that becomes a freshwater lake in the centre of Cambodia, the largest in Southeast Asia, and then flows down to join the Mekong River just past Phnom Penh. During the dry season, the river feeds the lake and continues to flow downriver.

LIVING ON A SIMPLE BOAT LIFE

LIVING ON A SIMPLE BOAT LIFE

At the lowest fresh water level, in July, just before the rain. The lake covers an area of 2500 sq km. Himalayan meltwater flows down the Mekong just as the monsoon rains arrive, causing the level of the river to rise. Little did I know of , this young mother of two, invited me on her boat. A little unsteady as I sat down on her boat to have a little chat. Unfortunately we couldn't understand what we are saying except using hands for a signs language. She seem to lead a simple and happy life on board as she rocked her two months old baby girl to sleep while we communicate. She was just as friendly as any Cambodian people. Sigh, I forgotten to ask her name..... (>_<) Hee,hee he he..... Have a wonderful S U N D A Y my flickr's friend
