Max Estes  Pro User  says:

You know, I suffered from hand / wrist / forearm pain for years. What stemmed the problem was a combination of actively stretching my hands and wrist after drawing, taking regular breaks when I feel muscles tightening, and lifting 2 to 5 pound muscles to strengthen your forearm (curls with wrist). I've been told by many professionals that taping up your arm constricts blood and doesn't actually aid in healing. To another cartoonist, I hought I'd share my "tendonitis" experience....Hope you're feeling better since drawing this. Good luck! : )
