Out running today, in the tedium I got to thinking of what would make a good photo of running. So I returned to a familiar spot.
This was the first photo of about twenty - none of the others were quite right - if I'd only stopped after this one I wouldn't be so exhausted now.

I had a look at the blog and that chronic osteitis pubis sounded really painful, so good luck with the return to training. I'll be keeping an eye on your progress now!
