Today was our usual Union Jack day. Quentin had a great time. He loves being there. Usually we see an elderly man who comes in and makes duck noises at Quentin when he comes in to buy a cookie. Quentin thinks he's neat. Quentin loves glass so today he was looking through at the different foods through the glass sneezeguard. He also enjoyed eating some of my roast beef.

I was surprised at how well he behaved since he and Oliver decided that napping wasn't for them today.

Before we went to Union Jack's we went searching for Giants apparel for Quentin. There was none. We found one store that actually had baby NFL stuff, but they only had Patriots, Eagles, and Jets. I understand Patriots because that's a big team up here, but the second most popular team around here is the Giants, so I was quite annoyed. Instead I ordered something when we got home. We're getting three different onesies (they're packaged together). They should be here by the 31st. I can't wait!

Today, Q and I went to my second job (after babysitting Oliver). We go to my old school and teach Lego Robotics to some of the afterschool program students. Here is one of them working on their robot. It's a really neat program and I want to get Quentin one when he gets older. I want a creative, smart child.

Today my students were programming their robots to play music, turn in circles, and vary in speed. It's fun.

Today, we went on a little trip after work to Home Depot and Lowe's to check out ovens. We ended up purchasing a sweet stove with a glass top range and dual ovens. It will be delivered on February 4th. Now to figure out what I want to make for my brother's birthday/Super Bowl party on the 5th.

When we got home we fed everyone and then read to Q and put him to bed. He screamed his head off, so I took him out and fed him a little more and he crashed... just like this. Look at those cheeks filling out... what a cutie.

Also, I cannot find a nice Giants shirt for him to wear online in his size... I hope I can find some in the "big" city on Thursday.

So today I found out that a picture of mine had been stolen, had words added to it, and then uploaded it to Facebook. I reported it as my property. Hopefully it will be taken down soon.

Anyway. This was my morning. Quentin woke up at 4:30 having peed through his PJs and diaper. I changed his diaper in the dark, because I'm good like that, but couldn't find the PJs in the dark... so I took him to bed in his diaper. It worked out because I got this shot in the morning of Q and Charlie sleeping.

Today Charlie, Quentin and I had some shopping to do. First we needed to get groceries, which involved us having to buy actual food that can be cooked not on a stove. Luckily we do have a microwave, toaster, toaster oven, griddle, and slow cooker. We did okay. Then we had to run to Costco to buy Quentin's formula. We get the Costco brand. We end up saving somewhere around $25 a month using their brand. Good stuff.

Quentin was decked out in his football coat today because the Giants are playing right now... It's a good game, no matter who wins.

This picture is up so late because our little man is starting to really fight going down to sleep... He's in the middle of getting his two front teeth.
