Missing („24 Juli“ should be „24. Juli“) and inconsistent punctuation, use of „ß“ where „SS“ has to be used („GROßEN“ should be „GROSSEN“), sometimes ugly tracking („Ostseite“), confusing mess of different type sizes and weights, type seems to have been placed on the poster in a more or less random fashion.

They could have put a little more effort in. The poster doesn’t look bad but it is riddled with mistakes and poor choices when it comes to type.

Oh, and I really dig the thirties look, it’s just that using that particular look on political posters is not such a great idea in Germany. Bad associations may run amok.

There is power in being able to attract the numbers of people to events the way Obama can. America hasn't seen a politician or campaign like this since RFK.
