I did the same search and got no blue wedge,
and my search got 1,610,000 hits. I was using
the Google Advanced Search.

I have still yet to see any of these blue
wedges. I think it's a Google US thing - and
even then, only because you are signed in.
Does it do it when you are not signed into
Google (personalized search)?

goog has lots of servers...they could have
this feature in trial on a small number of
their app farm...
