This look absolutely delicious. Definitely a huge improvement over the NYT photo. I love how juicy it looks, and the freshness of the greens on the plate. Nice natural light too (or, at least it looks like natural light)

Forgot to mention that this is as near to the recipe as I could get - the salad is hiding under the tuna. Only the croutons are actually croutons rather than toast. Tasted great.
