Boneless chicken breasts marinated in olive oil, dry white wine, garlic and soy sauce. Grilled over charcoal. Manual white balance. (Now that I look at it, I wish I'd lifted the shadows a bit. Oh well. Maybe I'll replace it with a corrected one tomorrow. - replaced!)
