Rich & Heather's Wedding [4]
![]() This woman is one of my very best friends and my most, most favourite spaz.
Update: To answer andrastria's question, I used a great trick to get this shot... Set your camera to a long-ish shutter exposure, maybe 1/10 or even 1/3 of a second. Set your flash to rear-curtain sync if you can. In this shot, I panned with her as she ran. The background streaked because of the long exposure time, and the then flash lit her up, freezing her action at the end of the pan. This works really well for dancing shots too, where the lights in the room streak around, but the people dancing aren't blurred, stopped in some usually goofy dance pose.
