Waiting for jetBlue to open its counter

Early in the morning (4:30am), but still...it's not fair to ask people to arrive early, and then make them stand around waiting for someone to check them in. Actually, it's not about checking in...it's about checking baggage. I thought I was all set, but realized my shampoo was in my suitcase.
