I recognized that I had a lot of letters on my phone and thought that it would be cool to create a little alphabet chart based on the iPhone application icons.

Can these icons be used for commercial purposes? I see that you licensed them under a Creative Commons license that allows me to do that in derived works. But still, i'm not sure facebook and other would be necessarily happy about that. I made an application for an Android phone that allows you to write your name with these icons and put it in your homescreen. But I have not published because I do not know if I can do that, especially if I plan to charge $.99 for the app. Is it legal to do that?
