Candy Sushi

Michelle and the kids made sushi out of rice crispies, fruit rollups, and swedish fish. A coworker of mine suggested the idea and, I have to admit, not only do they look like sushi, but they're quite tasty.

A Brief Look at Indoor Disc

One of Forrest's favorite games is indoor disc. When it's dark and cold and rainy, the soft dogobies are great fun. Forrest could spend all day doing tricks and running circles around me as long as I keep tossing the discs.

Savannah on Skis

Midway through her first time on skis, Savannah took a moment to pose. Notice the perfect stance, complete with her skis in a "pizza wedge" to help her stop. In case you're not up to speed on the latest lingo, what we used to call a snowplow is now called pizza. Pointing your skis straight downhill is called fries. Fries are fast food, pizza is slow food. Get it? Makes perfect sense to the kids.
